- If the facility is enrolled in National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) but has not yet entered Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) data in NHSN, please refer to the NHSN Dialysis COVID-19 Module Training or https://www.cdc.gov/nhsn/dialysis/covid19/index.html to begin entering data immediately.
- Reporting in NHSN should occur each Wednesday by noon ET for all cases identified from the prior Wednesday until the Tuesday right before. (For example, all cases from Wednesday, November 25, 2020–Tuesday, December 1, 2020 were reported by noon on Wednesday, December 2, 2020.)
- Facilities must report every week. If a facility does not have cases to report for a week, all zeros should be entered in NHSN.
